Intellectual property

Upon receipt of full payment, clients are granted a non-exclusive licence to use the materials for their own business purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Uplift Operating shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities — arising from or relating to our services.

Our total aggregate liability to any client shall not exceed the total fees paid by that client in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
